Despite tremendous impacts in almost all aspects in the nation, COVID-19 undeniably teaches us so many lessons that all converge on two most critical words: PREPAREDNESS and DIRECTIONNESS. As the pandemics hit, we were experiencing a national shock where we did not know how to respond. This was worsened as our neighbor countries were struggling the same. In this mode, COVID-19 was taken as the top priority in almost everything. It has shifted existing paradigms which, to some extent, have been en route to shape outcomes as previously set.
This sudden shifting is deemed to abrogate research results which have been accumulating for decades. Not to mention, they have taken a huge chunk in the investments which in majority were government investments. This session is aimed at exchanging, exploring and re-tailoring conceptual basis of double edge-sword: being adaptive to actual and endless challenges and being advanced at what we are rich of. We are keen to have most recent updates of a broad range of COVID-19-affected health- or biomedical research worldwide. This is of essence to re-define existing research strategy therefore we, as a nation, has both preparedness and directionness within reach
