BIOGRAPHY
Prof. Dr. C.A. Nidom, drh., MS. was born in Pasuruan in 1958. He is a veterinarian who graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 1982. He continued his studies for master’s and doctoral degrees at the Faculty of Medicine, the University of Airlangga, Surabaya.
In 2015, he received a promotion to Professor in molecular biology in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Airlangga University. To date, he is an active lecturer at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Airlangga University. He is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Professor Nidom Foundation (PNF), a research center that is a home for millennial researchers to develop and explore their potential and knowledge in vaccines and infectious diseases. He has published numerous manuscripts mostly discussed about viral-induced diseases, which is but not limited to HIV so forth.
