Yes, WINNER can assist you with the visa application process. We can provide you with an invitation letter to support your application. Please make sure to complete our registration form and indicate that you need assistance with your visa. This will also help us keep track of attendees from Indonesia and their participation in various WINNER activities.

We recommend applying for your visa approximately two months before your departure. Visa applications to the Netherlands tend to increase during the summer months, leading to longer processing times. Our event registration process is designed to recognize visitors. Therefore, it’s best for guests to register themselves. When you fill out the form, this experience is stored in your site browser cookies. You would then be recognized when returning to the event platform. This recognition piece makes it easier to access the event as you will land right on the event page.

In the WINNER Conference, you will get plenty opportunities for networking and matchmaking. You will also get chances for live discussion with the presenters, request for one on one meetings and have their contact details!

First, the WINNER event platform allows you to arrange one-on-one or group meetings with speakers or other attendees.

Second, there is a networking button that gives you the opportunity to have a light, three-minute chat with random participants.

Third, you can request to join discussions in any matchmaking sessions that align with your interests.

Fourth, you can visit our virtual meeting point or coffee moment session, where up to 20 participants can gather for a leaderless group discussion without any predetermined topics.

Fifth, register for the poster session to present your fresh ideas to the attendees!

We’ve got you covered! Learning happens everywhere and at any time. While our sessions are broadcasted live only once, we record all of them for you to watch later at your convenience, from anywhere with a solid internet connection. Simply visit the Replay page. If you don’t have time or internet access during WINNER, you can check out the recordings on our website or the WINNER YouTube channel.

Yes, you will receive certificates for participating in sessions held on the main stages! However, we will only send certificates to those who fill out the attendance list and evaluation form distributed at the end of the sessions.

This will be determined by the presenter of each webinar. However, we will upload the session recordings and any available materials on this website.

Just like attendees, you will need a participant ticket to access WINNER. Register here to get your ticket!

As a speaker, you will also need access to the backstage studio. If you do not have the StreamYard backstage link yet, please contact the event organizer.

The Stage only allows one-way video and audio communication from the speakers in the backstage. Attendees can interact with speakers using the chat or Q&A tab available in the Stage box on the menu on the right side of the screen. All chats from this section are visible to speakers in the backstage, while Q&A entries will be copied and pasted by the organizer from the stage box to the backstage.

In the Backstage studio, you can interact with the host and other speakers through the private chat feature. This chat is visible only to those in the backstage area, allowing for seamless communication and coordination during the event. Make sure to keep an eye on the private chat for any important messages or instructions from the host or event organizers.

To return to the backstage studio, simply click the Return button located in the bottom menu of the studio. For more detailed instructions, please refer to page 2 of the Speaker Guideline document.

The Stage allows up to 10 people in total on screen or in the Backstage studio.

As a speaker, you will have almost the same access as the organizer. You can mute/unmute your mic and camera, add or remove yourself from the main screen, share your screen, and access the chat feature. The organizer will be responsible for arranging the screen layout and copying/pasting questions from the Stage to the Backstage.
