Rizqa is an urban planner with a focus on building inclusivity and resilience in the development of cities. She believes that everybody in the city has equal rights to have a voice in the development of their cities. Currently, she is a program manager at Kota Kita for urban resilience initiatives. She has been engaged in urban participatory planning activities in the fields of climate change adaptation and resilience, community development and informality in more than 10 different cities in Indonesia.
