BIOGRAPHY
Prof. Dr. Rizal Sebastian, is the Chair of Research Group Future Urban Systems at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a Senior Advisor for Digitalisation in the Built Environment at RVO – The Netherlands Enterprise Agency. He has built 23 years of professional experience at a national institute for applied scientific research, a global engineering firm, and an ICT company.
Rizal is an expert in the development and application of data technologies and digital tools for smart buildings and cities. He holds BSc in Architecture from Bandung Institute of Technology, MSc in Construction Management from London South Bank University, and PhD in Architectural Design Management from Delft University of Technology.
