BIOGRAPHY
Prof. Bambang Hari Wibisono is a professor of Urban Planning at the Department of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Gadjah Mada University. Previously he served as the Education and Cultural Attache to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in The Hague, Netherlands (2013-2017), and Ambassador, Deputy Permanent Delegate of the Republic of Indonesia to UNESCO, Paris (2018). He obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA in both Urban Planning and Transportation Engineering, and completed a doctoral program at the University of Melbourne in Urban Planning and Design. Currently, he serves as head and senior researcher at the Center for Regional Development Planning Studies (PSPPR) UGM.
