Nishchal Sardjoe is an experienced project manager specializing in urban resilience, currently leading Deltares’ office in Indonesia. He holds an MSc in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management from TU Delft. His expertise spans technical and policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. Nishchal leads major projects on Nature-Based Solutions in Nusantara and Urban Flood Resilience in Semarang, and contributes to international project proposals. With extensive work experience across Asia, Africa, and South America, he bridges technical teams and policymakers, leveraging a broad network of stakeholders in Indonesia.
