BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Kei Otsuki is an Associate Professor in International Development Studies at the Department of Human Geography and Planning, Faculty of Geosciences, Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She holds a PhD in Social Sciences from Wageningen University where she explored sustainable development of the Brazilian Amazon. She is leading the Dutch part of the Following Frontiers of the Forest City Project.
