BIOGRAPHY
Galuh Indraprahasta is a senior researcher of urban and economic geography at the Research Center for Population, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). He currently holds the position as the chair of Urban-Rural Dynamics Research Group. In addition, Galuh teaches and supervises master and doctoral degree students at IPB University in Bogor. He is part of the steering member of Indonesia Urban Studies Association (IUSA) and previously held the position as the Chair for Social Development Division, Indonesian Association of Urban and Regional Planners (IAP). His research and working interests cover urban and regional development (diverse areas), critical global studies (globalization-urban/economic geography nexus), and technology & innovation studies (sustainability transition, smart city, regional/local innovation (system)).
