Dr. Isti Hidayati is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Architecture and Planning, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Her research interests and publications revolve around urban mobility and inequality issues, including gendered mobility and sustainable mobility policies. In 2021, she received the Wierenga-Rengerink Award for best dissertation from University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She has professional experience in planning practice as an urban transportation expert in numerous national projects.
