BIOGRAPHY
I am a lecturer at the School of Business, IPB and co-coordinator for Smart- In-Ag. My main research interests are strategic management, partnership, global value chain, and competitiveness. I teach Operation and Logistics Management, Bio-Business Analysis, Business dynamics and uncertainty for undergraduate students. Moreover, I teach Quantitative methods for management, Business Research Methods, Industrial Organization theory and Strategic Planning Techniques for graduate students. Serving as a researcher at IPB University, I also interest in life-science related issues such as food safety, biosecurity, environmental issue, animal health, and one health. I published several papers in high-quality journals and conference proceedings related to these issues. With my IPB colleagues, I published three books: Introduction to Management (2014), Balanced Scorecard (2018), and IPB 4.0 (2019). I was involved in many research and consultation projects such as “One Health” Agriculture and Food PG EAP with the World Bank, “Integration of Housing Index Measurement and Risk Mitigation in the Green Building-Based Rent-to-Own Scheme Business Model for Low-Income People’s Housing Credit” with Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Co Ltd, (National Savings Bank), “The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Promoting Rural Incomes through Support for Markets in Agriculture” for PRISMA. In addition, with FAO I was involved in research and consultation projects such as “A Collaborative Study on Potential Concrete Policy and Institutional Actions Addressing Food Systems Bottlenecks, in Particular Reference to Logistics, Transportation, Supplies and Inputs, Critical to Food Production, as Well as to the Protection of the Critical Food Supply Chain, From Producers to Final Consumer.”
