Recognizing the importance of preserving, and accessing, documentary heritage in various parts of the world, BRIN (LIPI) supports UNESCO’s program on cultural heritage, such as Memory of the World. The curation of cultural heritage in digital form is carried out by preserving the results of physical to digital transformations and utilizing the potential use of AI to enrich metadata, text descriptions, and other digitization processes.
In addition this session will discuss further about recent research, innovation and publications in the field of natural language processing of Bahasa Indonesia including but not limited to research on machine translation, electronic dictionaries, speech recognition, speech synthesis, etc. Support the Indonesian economy by providing academic works and services in the field of natural language processing. Strengthening national identity through research on technologies related to natural language.
