Authors: Imam Mukhlis, Isnawati Hidayah, Nila Cahayati, Mochamad Dandy Hadi, Wahyu Rafi' Adi Wicaksono

The circular economy concept offers a solution to the increasingly pressing waste problem. At the same time, village development is directed at sustainable and environmentally friendly village development (SDGs Desa) towards a village green economy. For instance waste management site named TPS 3R (Reduce-Reuse-Recycle) which is located in Jong Biru Village in Kediri Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The site has adopted circular economy concept. The purpose of this study is to develop business modal that support sustainable waste management system and analysis of green economy-based villages with a circular economy model especially on waste management site. The research method was carried out qualitatively. To obtain valid data results, focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and field observations were carried out with some related stakeholders. The results show that there are benefits from the application of a circular economy in village development towards a green economy and achieving food security. However, some challenges mustbe faced, both externally and internally, such as organizational vulnerability, public awareness in disposing of waste, and the level of welfare of 3R TPS officers.<br />
