
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Zummy Anselmus Dami is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education, Teachers’ Union 1945 University (UPG 1945 NTT), and a Doctor of Educational Management whose scholarly expertise encompasses educational leadership, Christian education, and pedagogy. His research interests include religious studies, philosophy of education, and philosophy of social science, with a particular emphasis on moral leadership and servant leadership within educational contexts. He notably spearheaded the development and validation of the Moral Leadership for Prospective Principal Scale (MLPPS), an instrument designed to assess ethical leadership competencies in future school leaders. His extensive publications highlight the integration of Christian values, intrapersonal skills, and servant leadership principles to promote ethical, collaborative, and socially responsive educational environments.
