
BIOGRAPHY
Wika Maulany Fatimah is a scholar and practitioner in the field of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) with sanitation engineering background. Wika is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies at Radboud University. Her research focuses on socio-ecological interactions in flood-prone, riverbank urban slums to improve community flood and WASH resilience towards Climate Change. The study aims to develop climate change resilience strategies for riverbank slum communities in three Indonesian cities: Bima, Manado, and Pontianak. This research focuses on multifaceted aspects of community resilience, particularly within the transformative resilience framework and socio-ecological nexus.
