My name is Sigit Wibawa and I am currently an active lecturer at a private university in Jakarta. With a passion for engineering and technology, I have dedicated my career to educating and inspiring the next generation of engineers. I am a member of the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics, especially in the Department of Electrical Engineering. From an early age, I was fascinated by the principles of electricity and the endless possibilities it offered. This curiosity drove me to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering, where I delved deeper into the complexities of circuits, systems, and electromagnetics. My academic journey was challenging yet rewarding, giving me a solid foundation and deep appreciation of the field. After completing my degree, I decided to move into academia to share my knowledge and experience with aspiring engineers. Teaching has become my passion, and I take great pride in seeing my students grow and succeed. My teaching philosophy centers on developing a collaborative learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, innovate, and solve real-world problems. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I am also involved in research projects focused on renewable energy and smart grid technologies. I believe that advancing these areas is critical to creating a sustainable and efficient energy system in the future. My research not only contributes to academic knowledge but also aims to provide practical solutions to the challenges facing the energy sector. Outside of academia, I enjoy participating in community outreach programs that promote education among young students. I am committed to inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in science and engineering, and I believe that education is the key to unlocking their potential. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the academic and professional growth of my students, and I look forward to continuing my journey in education and research.
