Sebrian Mirdeklis Beselly Putra is a lecturer in the Water Resources Engineering Department, Universitas Brawijaya since 2014. He is a PhD fellow at the Coastal & Urban Risk & Resilience Department, under Coastal Systems & Engineering and Port Development Chair Group, Unesco-IHE Delft. His fellowship is funded by BUDI-LPDP Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education.
