BIOGRAPHY
Reinout Klamer is the institutional coordinator for Colaborative Online International Learning at the Hague University of Applied Sciences. In this role he oversees the 60+ virtual collaboration practices at the university, implements univerisity-wide policies, and provides professional development sessions. He is a senior researcher and part of the Global learning research group and a research fellow at University of the Free State. He develops virtual collaboration strateiges and trainings and has extensive international experience with this. In the past year he provided virtual collaboration training to institutions within Ukraine, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic and Indonesia.
