BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Rachmat Mardiana is Director of Energy, Telecommunications and Informatics at the Ministry of National Development and Planning. Previously, he served as Deputy Director for Risk and Tariff Analysis at the Ministry. He holds a PhD from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Arts from Boston University. His areas of expertise include public private partnerships, electricity and communications.
