Nuryani Zainuddin is a veterinarian and she obtained her Master and also PhD from Bogor IPB  University. Currently, she is Director Animal Health in Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry Agriculture. She is responsible as part of the One Health program for tackling AMR and controlling animal health including zoonotic diseases in Indonesia. She have been involved in the multi sectoral collaboration to develop the AMR National Action Plan (NAP) with four main actors involved in AMR policy, and she has been involved in collaboration on veterinary drug control for join inspection with Indonesian Food and Drug Administration. That activity includes antimicrobial distribution and monitoring antimicrobial use.
