In her role as Project Development & Support Officer at Nuffic Southeast Asia, Lotte Troost coordinates the NLKH Living Lab initiative, overseeing the project from inception to completion and providing hands-on support in Indonesia, where she is based in Jakarta. Before her involvement with Nuffic, Lotte worked for an Australian company that facilitates work-integrated learning (WIL) programs in Indonesia for students across all fields. Her academic background in humanities and social sciences, complemented with study experiences in both Indonesia and the Netherlands, have contributed her strong interest in intercultural learning and passion for fostering connections between Indonesia and the Netherlands through education and research.
