Lindsey Schwidder is working for the Innovation and Impact Centre of the Delft University of Technology and has more than 10 years of experience in writing and implementing projects in the field of education and innovation. She is currently the project manager of the EU-funded project ”Horticulture in Ghana for a brighter future,” a project that focuses on introducing and integrating entrepreneurship education in Kumasi. By working closely with the Kwadaso Agricultural College and the private sector in Ghana, the project has managed to develop and integrate entrepreneurship modules that equip young graduates to successfully start their own businesses in the field of horticulture.
