BIOGRAPHY
Hilma Safitri M.A.
She was an MA from International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus
University of Rotterdam, in The Hague, 2012. She is particularly interested in
development issues impacting people’s livelihood. With her anthropological
basics, as she has bachelor degree majoring Social Anthropology in
Padjadjaran University, Bandung-West Java, she goes through the issue of
development with agrarian perspective that is interlinked with class-based
analysis. In 2005, she established Agrarian Resource Center (ARC) and put
all her research activities in the center. Nowadays, after her task to be a
coordinator of ARC from 2015 to 2020, she is still active as one of senior
researchers.
