Dr. Dea Christina Junissa JIS finished her bachelor degree, majoring agricultural technology, in 2005 at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). In 2006, she was start working for government as a civil servant in the centre of agricultural training for management and leadership, the ministry of agriculture.

Her duty as a training facilitator requires her to meet many participants and she is really enjoying it. In 2012, she was graduated from double-degree master program (linkage Indonesia-Japan), and she got master for public administration in Indonesia (Brawijaya University) and master for agricultural science in Japan (Tohoku University). Because she is very enthusiastic about communication and development, she took doctoral study on communication development at Bogor agricultural university (IPB) in 2015 and just finished it in 2020. Her passion is teaching, communicating, delivering a message to participant with the suitable method with the participant character. Her teaching specialization is communication for extension, innovation, media, community development, and rural development (youth).
