BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Eng. Ir. Asep Saepulloh, S.T., M.Eng.- Institut Teknologi Bandung

He got his BSc from the Faculty of Earth Science and Mineral Technology, ITB. He obtained a M. Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering of the Kumamoto University and a Dr. Eng. in New Frontier Sciences from Kumamoto University (Japan) in 2010 with tittle of dissertation Comprehensive Analyses and Applications of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Data to Active Volcanoes for Characterizing Surface Geology, Geomorphology, and Crustal Deformation. He started his career at Geological Survey of Japan from 2010 to 2013 working on microwave remote sensing for geology and volcanology applications. In 2013 he joined ITB as a lecturer. Since then, he has been active in advanced remote sensing methods and technics for earth sciences observation in the Center for Remote Sensing (CRS) – ITB.
