BIOGRAPHY
Anna de Visser-Amundson is a Senior Research Fellow at Hotelschool The Hague (HTH) and a PhD Candidate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in The Netherlands. She works very closely with practice and industry where her projects have contributed to lead roles in sustainability campaigns such as the Food Waste Challenge in 2020 and the IN2FOOD Erasmus + consortium. Anna’s work has been published in Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Food Quality and Preference, and Journal of Sustainable Tourism.
