Since 1992 She has been a lecturer in Educational Administration at the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University. She was a base in the Study Program of Public Administration in the Postgraduate S3, & A Base lecturer at the State Administration of IAN FIS UNM. She is also the second author of text books, modules, articles, papers, proceedings, Sinta & Scopus Indexed Journals. Active as a consultan, trainer, presenter, attending seminars, conferences, conducting research, community service.
