The Week of Indonesia–Netherlands Education and Research (WINNER) is an annual conference dedicated to strengthening collaboration in research and education between Indonesia and the Netherlands, with a special emphasis on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It brings together researchers, educators, policymakers, businesses, NGOs, and other stakeholders to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and build partnerships that drive meaningful impact. The sixth edition of WINNER will take place from 7–9 October 2025, under the theme “Building a Sustainable Future through Education and Research.” This year’s theme underscores the urgent need for interdisciplinary dialogue and multi-stakeholder engagement to address global challenges.

A Hybrid Programme

WINNER 2025 will be a hybrid event, making it accessible to participants both online and in person in Indonesia. The schedule will be as follows:

• Day 1: Opening ceremony in Jakarta (hosted by Kemendikbudristek & BRIN)
• Day 2: Thematic streams at IPB University, Bogor
• Day 3: Thematic streams and Closing ceremony at Erasmus Huis, Jakarta

Sessions are planned from 09:00–13:00 CET / 14:00–18:00 WIB, accommodating audiences in both countries. More programme details will be available soon here.
