BIOGRAPHY
Ir. Yulia MSc – is an urban planner and designer specializing in sustainable urban development and design. She has worked on a range of urban development and design projects across Southeast Asia and Europe, focusing on livable cities, urban resilience, and inclusive planning. Currently, she serves as an urban development consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where she manages strategic initiatives supporting the development of Nusantara, Indonesia’s new capital city, and national affordable housing programs. Her work emphasizes integrated planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy innovation to support cities financing and sustainable urban transformation in rapidly growing urban environments across Indonesia.
