BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Kiki Gustinasari, ST., is a lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Brawijaya, holding the academic rank of Lektor (IIIc) with NIDN 0001089406. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Universitas Brawijaya and completed both her Master’s and Doctoral studies in Environmental Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Her research focuses on wastewater treatment, phytoremediation, and the environmental impacts of pesticides, with a strong publication record in reputable international journals indexed in ScimagoJR Q1 and Q2, and a Scopus h-index of 4. Dr. Kiki has led significant research projects, including greywater treatment using vertical flow constructed wetlands and the application of CW-MFC for glyphosate herbicide removal. Beyond research, she actively contributes to community service programs such as product diversification, domestic waste management, and village empowerment initiatives. Her work has received funding from various national and international sources, including the Kurita Overseas Research Grant (Japan), internal university schemes, and the BIMA Program, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. She also holds intellectual property rights, notably a simple patent on a bioreactor as an early warning system for toxic components in agricultural runoff.
