Theresia Dyah Wirastri is a lecturer in the department of Law, Society and Development at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. She completed her bachelor degree at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and continued her master degree at the International Institute for the Sociology of Law (IISL) in Oñati, Basque Country. Her doctoral was obtained from the Institute for Asian and African Studies Humboldt University, Germany.

Dyah is actively involved in various socio-legal studies, focuses on the issue of women’s rights, children’s rights, or other vulnerable and/or marginalized groups, access to justice, and family law in Indonesia.
