Dr Lutfan Lazuardi is the Director of Health Policy and Management, FK-KMK Gadjah Mada University. He obtained his Medical Doctor from Gadjah Mada University (1999), Master of Public Health (2002) and PhD from Innsbruck Medical University (2006). He has been involved in various projects related to public health informatics and health management information system at regional and national level in collaboration with health institutions across Indonesia. He served as the vice-head of Indonesia Association of Health Informatics (2012-2015), and involved in the development of the Indonesian Health Informatics Forum, a national forum aim to strengthening the health information system among different stakeholders in Indonesia.
