BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Kei Otsuki is an Associate Professor in International Development Studies at Utrecht University. Kei holds a PhD in Development Sociology from Wageningen University and MSc and BA degrees from the University of Tokyo. Previously she worked at United Nations University as a Research Associate in the field of international cooperation and development. Currently, she works among others on the impacts of the intended new capital city of Indonesia under the NOW Merian Fund project titled “Following Frontiers of the ‘Forest City’: Towards Sustainable and Inclusive Urbanization in Kalimantan and Beyond”
