BIOGRAPHY
Frederik Situmeang is an Associate Professor for AI and Data Driven Business, Faculty of Business and Economics, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He also hold a teaching position at the University of Amsterdam. He graduated BSc Computer Science from Del Institute of Technology, Indonesia, MSc in Strategy and Organization and MPhil in Marketing Research from the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. He holds a PhD in Strategic Marketing from Amsterdam Business School, University of Amsterdam. His current teaching and research area includes AI and Data driven business practices, including the analysis of social media, online reviews influence on consumer behavior as well as applications of AI and ML in generating business insights.
