BIOGRAPHY
Sascha Hardt is assistant professor of comparative constitutional law at Maastricht University and currently coordinator of the Law Faculty’s Honours Programme. He has previously been affiliated to Airlangga University, Surabaya, as an adjunct professor and has served as the coordinator (NL) of the OKP project LEAP (Legal Education, Ethics, and Professionalism). In this capacity, he has collaborated closely with six Indonesian Faculties of Law, five of which outside Java, and helped to establish the jaringan pendidikan hukum Indonesia (www.japhi.id) , which is dedicated to innovation in legal education. He is co-editor and co-author of Legal Education in the 21st Century: Indonesian and International Perspectives (the Hague: Eleven, 2022) and remains active in lecturing and providing training to legal teaching staff at various Indonesian universities.
