BIOGRAPHY
Jasper Donker is Senior International Policy Officer at TNO – the independent applied research organization of the Netherlands. He is currently responsible for international cooperation of TNO Energy & Material Transition & Geological Survey of the Netherlands. He has over a decade experience on (international) energy and climate policy, climate finance, and topics on the interface of sustainable energy, build environment, smart cities and the policy and governance of these systems. He has worked on country support for the implementation of the Paris Agreement, supporting implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) in various countries, including Indonesia. He has extensive experience on EU collaborative research and innovation projects. Before joining TNO and ECN he worked at the Triodos Bank Netherlands & International and worked at various engineering companies.
