``This research conducts a comprehensive analysis of both inequality and inequity aspects of healthcare provision from healthcare providers' quantity and quality perspectives. This research also used objective health indicators as part of the need variables. The results show there is inequality in both quantity and quality of healthcare in Indonesia. The results also show that there is inequity in healthcare quality. The inequity is persistent when the analysis is divided between income groups, gender, urban/rural, regions, and education level. Comparing the inequity between waves of IFLS show that the inequity is shifted between income groups but not between gender, urban/rural, regions, and education.``
